Sounds like a creative use for the leftovers. I certainly think ours so far is the most imaginative, and it has a little bit of something from everybody.

The torch was a little puny. I threw some more firewood in the pan:

Those are just some images, but we have to make sure the sizes are accurate with the beach etc.. so we will have to do some re-sizing

All aboard the S.S. Coach! The flames don't show up too well but we can also create a pillar of smoke by having somebody fan the flames with a blanket. I think that creates a better signal. And it floats across the shoreline so it's a moving column. Should attract enough attention to draw passing eyes to the sign.

I'm loving everything so far. Let's keep up with the great work, y'all.
So, let me get the straight, we are doing two things. A firepit in the raft and the S.O.S. sign with the blankets and tarp, right? We need to make sure that we use all of our items, otherwise it will count AGAINST us.

I'm just remind us what we are using for the raft thing. Someone please explain everything we're gonna need for the S.O.S. sign.
- Tarp - Matches - Fire wood (Cannot light without matches) - Rocks (9) - Blankets (2 1) - Bananas (4 bunches) - Mangos (5 bunches) - Oars (4)
- Raft - Pots and Pans (3 2)
- Suitcase - Bucket (2)

I color coded what we were using for what based on this
SOS Sign Raft Noise
- Tarp (to write SOS on)
- Matches (to light fire)
- Fire wood (Cannot light without matches)(to burn for signal)
- Rocks (9) (To hold the SOS sign down)[/s]
- Blankets (1) (For the flag)
- Bananas (4 bunches) (For Dye)
- Mangos (5 bunches) (For Dye)
- Oars (2(For banging)), 1 (For Flag Pole), 1 (For rowing raft out)
- Raft
- Pots and Pans (1 (For fire), 2(For banging) - Suitcase(1/2 To hold fire), 1/2)
- Bucket (2) (To remove water from raft)
Check this to see if this is accurate

Coach just explained to me that we're doing an SOS sign with tarp and the fruit, with the rocks holding the tarp to the sand, like that: Also, one of the oars is gonna be used for a flag in the raft, along with another blanket. Another one to move the raft on the water. And the two left can be used for something pirate-like, which would be unusual.
