Hi Jury! It’s me Jay!
Coming into this game I had one major thing I wanted to prove, that I wasn’t as dumb and blind as I was in Sausage Island 3, was here to play and not blindly lead an alliance to the end, I think I accomplished this solely by just sitting where I am now. But I also want your vote to win and here’s why!
When the game started I purposely spoke very little game with anyone, I only did when I had to and my sole purpose in the tribal stages of the game was to create strong social bonds with a majority of the players so that they would feel safe in my company and ultimately come to me with game information which I could then use. I wasn’t making the same mistake as last time and outing my entire game, causing my demise. Throughout the tribal stages I hit tribal council all but one time possible and only ever received 1 vote, from Sekou, which I think speaks volumes. The social connections I made also brought me a finacé in Wanda and a mother to my child in Kourtney. It also created my first strong alliance of the game with Ace & Ted, 2 Bald Guys & A Model [2BG&AM]. With all the connections I had made I didn’t see the need or reason to win any of the later tribal immunities, the rivalries between Kim & Semhar led to their own demise and everyone on that tribal at that time can attest to that. Why should I go creating a huge challenge threat target on my back when there was no need? Coach was already creating a target for himself in the tribal immunity stages, Kourtney some what too, so I wasn’t going to do the same.
It was when the Jury began that I put my underlying game play into play. The Silent Assassin. This role was one where by I stayed in an under the radar style of game, kept up the strong social bonds I had made and was still creating and just kill off everyone in this game, with literally no or minimal blood on my hands. I backstabbed Wanda, Kourtney, Mary, Coach, Ace and Kelly in this and it all came clean from my game. Never once was my trust questioned, not even after I made a final 2 deal with Kourtney and then voted her off the first possible time I could, granted I didn’t want to but with the way I was playing, I could kill off who I wanted. No one ever outwardly questioned my trust, targeted me for a vote, besides once with the round Coach left and I think that is a huge feat to accomplish in a game like this and it wasn’t easy.
One major downfall I might come under fire for is my apparent lack of commitment to the game in the final stages but as most of you know i’ve had severe internet problems and it’s something which was beyond my control, this doesn’t mean I still wasn’t commitment to the game though. If anything it just affirmed my Silent Assassin role. I would only have to log in a few hours a day, make the rounds and just stab the knife in someones back, done.
Placing all these points together I think i’ve built a pretty strong case to be the crowned the Sole Survivor of Sausage Island: Fresh Meat V Fresh Start, but now it’s all down to you, the Jury. I look forward to answering your questions and I will be brutally honest if needed.
Sidenote, I am on vacation in Chicago at the moment so if I am slow answering your questions, that’s why. I’ve also purposely not gone over some aspects of my game such as Ace’s removal, my idol and never winning a single competition as I feel these would have been asked in the questioning.
