Noticed about 10 contradictions in that video. I also decided not to really explain anything about the "shit that went down". I'm tired. So if I make no sense, blame that. Oh well.

Ok let me explain things a little more clearly....
I got home to the news of Mary and Kourt being the votes. Initially I wanted to cut out Mary. She's a big mouth and of absolutely no interest to me. While Kourt is the head of an alliance right now, I do have some pull on her and I don't think she'd target me over a lot of other people.
Thinking about numbers and dynamics... this is impossible. If we vote out Mary, we will infuriate Coach. That will leave the vote next round 4-4 with Coach as the swing vote. Way, way too risky.
If we take out Kourt, the three "misfit" idiots will be left without an alliance. Gwad, Coach and Mary can lower their numbers a bit. Me voting Kourt will end any suspicion of me having a secret alliance with her which will gain trust with me fellow peers.
Yes, this could also be a ploy. Kourt leaves and the outcasts reunite to take out Gwad. But hey, we're prepared for anything at this point.
The absolute crucial thing is surviving these next few rounds. We have to create the illusion to Coach that we're not very united. To do this, Dawg is voting Kelly to show that we did not even talk about the vote. If we can make it down to the final 7 without taking a hit, we can sweep this thing.

Once again Alex fucks up in sending someone home. WHY would you make a final two with someone you know is leaving soon? But that still reinforces how much I want this guy in the end. Not only would he be easy to beat, but his explaining why he did such silly things would be hilarious.
So here's what went down... Mike and Eliza have shown to be extremely flakey by voting Kelly. Meanwhile Dawg voted Kelly with them to create the illusion that he's not with us and is being told what to do by Coach. We want Coach to think he has the power right now.
Taking out Kourt leaves a lot of question marks in this game. Mike, Eliza and Kelly are impossible to approach at the moment -- however, I have a good feeling that the last two weeks being so split will cause at least one other person aside from a "favorite" to be targeted. The only way I can see that happening is Coach wanting Dawg out, but we can easily let him use his idol there.
The goal is to get ourselves to the Final 7. If we can survive to that point, we can pick off everyone else to the Final 4. I feel like I've gotten in good with Dawg over these last few rounds to the point where he may take me to the end. We may have to kill both idols in these next two rounds but it'll be worth it.

Double vote... Christ this is going to be very messy.
The good news - if the four of me, Ted, Jay and Dawg survive this vote - we should have be set in the Final 7.
The bad news - it's very unlikely all four of us will survive this. This is the perfect opportunity for Coach to blindside one of us. I have a odd feeling me or Jay will be the target of it.
Hoping Dawg wins and give his idol away. I can't see them voting Ted so if Jay and I play idols, we should be safe and may even be able to blindside Mary in the process.
But this is all rough ideas... there's much talking to be had.

Up until this point... I've felt very, very good.
The Judd vote went perfectly. I got out a guy who would have been a liability to me later down the road, while in the process making Dawg look like a snake and giving me a good label with Coach & Mary. In addition, it gave those "misfit" buffoons a good ol' fashioned ego rub where they were comfortable enough to lash out against Coach & Mary.
The next round... we pull the carpet from underneath them by immediately beheading the brains of the alliance. It causes the rest of them panic and turn against each other, meanwhile ending any speculation about a secret deal I may have had with Kourt. Once again, it puts me in good standing with Coach where I help get rid of his strongest enemy.
My idea was to just keep this charade going until Final 8 where we could unleash an idol to blindside Coach or Mary.... at that point, their numbers wouldn't be needed for the next vote as we would have four strong in the Final 7.
This double vote throws a wrench in my plans. From Coach's shoes, this would be the perfect time to blindside me, Jay or Ted. Whether or not that's in his agenda... I'm not sure, but I always prepare for the worst.
Honestly, with the goal being Final 7 -- there's an easy perfect scenario here.... Dawg wins IC, he gives me his idol, Jay plays his and Ted threatens Eliza to give him the chest or she goes home. Long shot... probably not going to happen... but hey, it's fun to think about!
But for now... we'll see how the dice rolls.

Apparently Mary & Coach told Jay that I'm "contradictory and fishy". They trust me the least out of the alliance... hmmm.
If anyone is getting "blindsided", it's probably me. I think they'd keep Jay around. I gotta convince him to give me his idol.
Mary's prize is still a mystery right now. Recently found out Coach straight up lied about what she had to me so... they must have something worth keeping secret. I would have to get her out this round but Ted & Jay are worried about taking a risk.

By the way, sorry I said I would make Tribal Councils interesting my application and so far have contributed nothing but one word answers  My pet peeve is people going WELL JEFF ALLOW ME TO PREACH TO THE CHOIR BY GIVING THIS BULLSHIT ANSWER thus my answers. I'm usually on the outs in Survivor games and am never, ever in a power position... especially towards the end here. This has been one of those very rare games where I've consistently enjoyed some pull since the beginning. So I have no reason to ruffle feathers right now and certainly don't want anyone threatened by me. Course that can all change here. |

So I had this idea...
Jay gives me the idol and I go around talking about how Mary should be voted out this round to Mike, Eliza and Kelly. The idea being in the off chance they do go for it, we could get Mary out or get her to waste her idol.
In addition, this would confirm Coach & Mary's fears which would push them even further to vote me out. With the idol in my pocket, I could play it and be safe, solidifying the three of us surviving. Nifty little plan I thought.
So I explain this plan to Ted and Jay... and they immediately begin bashing Mary to Mike.
...wow.

Ted got Eliza to open the chest. Ted is basically acting like he's going to flip if she lets him have the idol. I'm kind of hoping he doesn't just cause it'd be funny to see Ted start racking up bitter jurors too.
But holy shit... now I just need to get Dawg to give me his idol and all four of us are 100% safe this round.

I'm so fucking dumbfounded by this shit. What the hell is going on? I understand why Coach is upset about Mary being so blatant and in general a terrible ally... but taking her out at this point in the game is just stupid. How can anyone not put it together that Gwad is sticking loyal to each other?!
I may take back the idol usage and tell Jay to hold on to his. I'm not sure though. Better safe than sorry I suppose. Unless there's yet another curveball, I don't see any time where we'll actually need it past this Tribal.
