Okay, here is what we have you guys. Any ideas to start us off?

Also, with the rope, we can potentially hang something from a tree or something else. So you can be thinking of an aerial display or a ground display, or both!

<33 Good choices Wanda! I asked Lex if we could get creative or whatever with the items (example: "dropping" the crate from a high place to get more wood) and he said that's fine. I figured if we did that we could use some of the wood to anchor the flag to the ground since we didn't get the rocks!

Also, vodka soaked fabric (from pillows) makes for excellent torches, and fire is obviously visible at night time, so I think it might be good to include a fire or two. Maybe we could make a smiley face with fires and a few of the bamboo poles?

Oooh, and looking at the list again, we could maybe use the bamboo leaves as smoke signals? Idk. What
do you guys think?

Btw, I made this real fast, but do you think it'd be creative to do it in this style? Where the signal/design would go inside the zoomed bubble

Nooooo that's not the flag, that's like a zoomed in perspective, like taking the little spot from the beach and making it so it's easy to tell what's there.

Reasoning behind choosing items:

- Giant Japanese Flag - Easily visible, red is a contrasting color with the green of the leaves and the beige of the sand so it'd be very eye-catching.

- Matches - To start fires, which would make it even more visible.

- Fire wood - for the fires.

- Bamboo pole (6) - there are SO many things we can do with these! Making letters (3 poles each for an S and the dot of the Japanese flag can be an O, so bamboo S red dot O bamboo S?) or hanging things from trees or making torches etc.

- Palm tree leaves (5) - easily caught on fire as well.

- Rope - hang something from a tree.

- Lantern - More fire if we break it, or it can be bright and visible anyway.

- Small mirror - Reflective, so good for brightness if placed near fire.

- Pillows (2) - to soak in vodka and catch on fire.

- Fishing rod - We could do a lot with this, too. We could attach wood to the hook and cast it into sea so there is something visible not just on the beach but in the water too. IDK. More ideas are needed.

- Crate - More wood for burning or other things.

- Water jug (WITH VODKA) - I was last pick so I got this without choosing it.. but filled with vodka = BURN BABY BURN.
