Stand with your feet apart. Shoulder-width or thereabouts. And face your back to the wind. The wind must fill your body with its power. When you are finally filled with that energy you will be one with the wind. Then you take root.

Move your arms and stretch. Feel the full force of every tendon working in unison with the forces of nature. You will take on a new strength.

It's my unfortunate admission that I already taught my old team the power of Coach-chi. As a result, they have gained a tremendous boost of energy. One who has performed Coach-chi is powerful indeed. Take this secret method and allow it to fill your body with power.
