So, this gal threw the sausage enough to get a Captain's band on her arm! I'm incredibly ecstatic about that, especially as I think that endurance is my strong point and I think I've proved that to people. I suck at most other things, but they don't have to know that.
Getting into what being a Captain actually means, of course, I want the idol. I've got a few friends right now that I'd love to share the idol with if I get it, but I still haven't made up my mind on whether or not it's wise enough to tell them if I get it. Being the loudmouth that I am, I'll definitely want to, but I'm here to play with relationships and alliances being sort of foggy at this point, I think it'll be safe to keep it to myself if I get it. I trust Bob Dawg enough not to tell anyone, especially if I make him think it's our little secret, which I plan on doing.
Along with being exiled, I get the right to name the tribe and pick the color, which I think I've decided on using Nesoi as the tribe name and like a strawberry daiquiri color for the tribe's color. Wanda and I talked about this a few days ago, before we had access to the tribe camps, and we were looking through mythological things and she picked it out, so all credit to her for the name! Nesoi is the Goddess of the Islands, I think? Either way, it seems like a good tribe name and everyone I've talked to about it seems to like it. At this point I probably don't care though, the majority likes it so I'm going to use it most likely.
This secret perk is definitely tickling my fancy, though. Lol. I have no idea about what it could be, but Frosti and Kelly said they both have gut feelings that it has something to do with the tribes. I doubt it though, since Lex said that we don't need to be on at the same time for it.

There's an unspoken "alliance" of sorts early on, having JT, Frosti, Ace, Wanda, Darrah, Kelly (sort of), and I in control of the votes. Of course, it's a lot of people, but I think we'll stick together for the first 4 votes without a doubt and without any internal conflict.
Out of the 7 (7 !?) of them, I think that Kelly's on the bottom, and then the other 6 of us are pretty strong, so if it comes down to it we can get her out and hopefully that'll take us to a tribe swap or merge. But it's still early on and people are still getting to know each other fully, so it's hard to be confident on anything. I'm sort of surprised at how much people have warmed up to me though, I usually can get any sort of information just by hinting at it.
At this point in the game I feel like I'm in a pretty solid position. I feel like I have a tad bit of power but not too much, and everyone seems to like me pretty well thus far. I'm iffy about my karma though, I definitely think Coach was smiting me during the challenge for whatever reason, or else Natalie was doing a good job at hiding her do it. Needless to say Darrah and I assumed it was her at the beginning and smote her to get her to -1. Karma isn't too big of a deal to some people, but I take it seriously, lol. In my eyes it's a sign of who's liked and who's not.
Speaking of Natalie, like I said, she might be a really good pretender, but I think I've got her to think that I like her and vice versa. Darrah didn't have such luck though, I think it was her immediately jumping to trying to make deals to get Natalie to step down. What makes me think Natalie likes me though is that she didn't have any problem telling me everything that Darrah was saying to her, which also labels her as a rat.

Even though Natalie is doing snaky-ish things early on, I think the first vote will definitely fall Kim's way. Tarzan was already the early boot, and since Kim replaced him and came on without an alias and with an aggressive as hell attitude, I think the tribe will come to a consensus to vote her out. I'm just afraid she'll try to start shit even after she's gone, because she seems like the player to do that.
There's still discussion though, I think. I don't think Coach will be the first vote, but he'll definitely be one of the earlier ones despite his attempts to be funny and stay in character, but some of the people (especially JT and I) are talking heaps shit about him behind his back. I tried to make a deal with him to let me win in the challenge, since we all thought it'd come down to me and him and he had the edge being in PST, but luckily the three of us pelted him for a while and he got distracted, so no promises to keep there! I did tell Natalie I'd tell her what went on at Salsus, though, because at that point in time we both knew each of us could go for a while. I'm not going to tell her if I find the idol, though, I'll just tell her about the challenge and the clue, and trust that Bob Dawg won't let anything slip. I don't think he will though, he's trustworthy. At least in the start of games.

Bob Dawg found the idol and hid a fake one, poor buddy sucks at anything graphic related though. Him telling me he got in, giving me the password, and telling me it was fake definitely let me know I can trust him. We had a little back and forth where he mentioned sticking to each other 100%, and he seemed legit.
But the main point is, Kelly and Coach seem to be really upset about the twist. I can understand Kelly, because we got along really well and then I just threw her to another tribe, but I needed to keep an easy vote (Natalie) and I figured she could act as our spy. She's likable and chatty and I figured she'd be fine with it. But no, she had to tell me she was "fucking furious" and so I think we might have a little rivalry brewing. I really hope she'll just chill the fuck out though.
Kelly also told Coach that Darrah and I thought that Natalie and him were a duo, which I obviously regret telling her. The decision to send her had to be made really fast and it was to balance things, but I hope it's not too big of a deal.
On top of this stuff, Darrah, Frosti, and I decided to make us the core 3 of Nesoi, since we have someone to branch off to and get a vote if we need it. (Darrah has JT, Frosti has Ace, and I have Wanda, although I feel like I sort of have all 3 if I need it.)
More to come!

Forgot to post this last night. Bob Dawg sent this me, Coach and him were talking about the swap and apparently Natalie, Darrah, and I are a trio. He'll be trying to control the vote from the sidelines, sorry buddy. <3
Coach Wade 6:05 pm I understand I fear there is an alliance forged on my old tribe amongst the three who did battle Darrah, Natalie and Kourtney I will suggest that in this coming challenge we work together to defeat their tribe
Coach Wade 6:16 pm Well we'll fight the good fight in this immunity assuming two tribes can win it It'll be useful to test the waters with my old tribe and see who has my interest. If I can control a vote from the sidelines it gives me more confidence in defeating their numbers Otherwise they're going to form a fairly dangerous grouping
Coach Wade 6:17 pm Oh an alliance of four I know what you mean I can talk Frosti to my side Wanda is a possibility J.T. I'm not sure about, neither with Ace
Not sure about the last tidbit, about the alliance of four I mean. I think he's talking about trying to get the other four (Wanda, JT, Ace, and Frosti) to get us out. Of course it won't work since the other 6 of us are pretty tight and Wanda thinks that us two are unbreakable. Frosti doesn't see what's that great about JT, but it's because he's been working lately I think. Right now I'm just being cautious with telling Bob anything legitimately about our tribe, especially since he came to me last night before I went to sleep and said he was good friends with Natalie, and that it'd be cool if I could work with her. He said I was more important though, and I'm sure he'll understand.

Oh! Forgot to mention, what were they thinking when they named the Outcasts tribe? C'mon now, I can't be the only one thinking Dusty Rotten Toes.

So, Juddha and I decided to share our second time to each other this morning, and it turns out that the Favorites beat us by quite a bit, their times were 40 minutes and 10(+1) minutes while ours was 48 and 27 minutes. So Judd's definitely going to Salsus. I'm just hoping that Nesoi miraculously pulls off a second place finish so I get to go to Salsus and possibly get that second idol. Judd's never found an idol in 2 years of playing (so he says) so I think I might be able to pull it off.
We've been talking when we can and he seems to trust me, hopefully I'm doing a good job at making him think I trust him. It's not that I don't, just not completely yet. Either way, he's convinced that there is still two idols which is beautiful on Bob and I's part, I don't think anyone expects it at all.
As far as Tribal goes, Natalie is leaving. Everyone's on the same page, it's just that Bob Dawg said that Natalie's a good friend of his outside of the game and that it'd be cool if I could work with her. I didn't want to say anything about it, I'm just going to tell him that voting with her wouldn't have made a difference anyway. I don't think he'll be too mad.

Soo, we officially lost, and people immediately started kicking into Tribal mode. The vote is already decided but Wanda's a little wary of it. I told her that Natalie thinks the vote is her so she wouldn't freak out if she got any word of it, and she then told me that there was a Fave telling her that she wasn't in a good position.
After talking to her a bit more she told me that Ted was the Favorite, and that Coach told him? Which obviously Coach is bitter that I sent him to Dusty Rotten Toes, and he's trying to get Wanda to band with the other four (not me/Nat/Darrah) to get us out one by one.
And on a better note, Wanda says that if the vote goes as planned she'll legitimately be my slave. Packing around someone as a vote isn't always that bad, is it?
