Prepare for battle

We have to be on our game. It's time to get physically and mentally prepared.

I have a rigorous work out prepared. It's called Coach-chi. I named it and invented it myself. You all need to follow my lead and we'll become mentally and physically prepared.

Before that, let's see who will actually be around at 8:30 to do this so we can work out our numbers. If you can make it, post so. All of you sitting around quietly, this is a team effort. It's time to put the work in.

Believe in yourselves and focus your energy. The resulting force is one that can move mountains. I have completed a wealth of great feats in my time through careful preparation.

The favorites are no threat if we band together. Let's do this!

Good to have you aboard if that's the case.

Remember, the key to battle is knowing that your enemy is weaker than yourself. And they are. I've talked to the favorites and despite that title, most of them were eliminated before the height of their respective game. This isn't a collaboration of winners and ones to watch, it's mostly a collaboration of runners up.

We aren't runners up. We are winners.

That's fine. If you can't make it at the start it might still be okay if you arrive later on. It could be something that takes a while. It helps to know the numbers beforehand though.

Mary and Wanda, you both stated you'd try to be here and Ace said to send out a rescue team if he didn't make it.

I don't have a rescue team on hand to send so I rather hope he does.

I've put Mary and Wanda on the "late arrivals" box. It's better to have a definitive count of how many will actually 100% be here.

Everybody should be on their AIM account, ready to discuss the challenge in case of a need for strategy. I'll create a global chat and add people as and when they arrive.

I'll also suggest people try and make it 15-10 minutes before the event. We have to be in a state of readiness.

Everybody breathe slow and feel the energy rise up from the ground through your feet. Stand with your backs to the wind and with your legs slightly apart, about shoulder width.

Then move your arms back side to side as the air fills your lungs with every deep breath. You'll become one with the sand.

Then focus inside yourself on your targets. You know what they all look like. Keep them in your mind's eye. Don't drop that focus for even a second.

Now crush them in your mind.

With that done, the battle is already won.
